In the third age, long after the battle of the last Alliance of Men and Elves but long before the War of the Ring, Thranduil, son of Oropher, Sindar king of the Silvan elves of Greenwood, brought his people north to escape the increasing shadow coming out of first Mordor, then later Dul Guldur. He built his stronghold in the mountains of Mirkwood, deep in the forest, north of the old Dwarf road and delved his citadel into the rock as like Doriath an age before.

Or so says Tolkien. I just like Woodelves and wanted to give them a place to live.

Behold the Delved Halls of Greenwood.

Eight levels -(the third floor above ground is actually only roofs with only usable space being to connect staircases!)
Four Royal apartments below ground, one guest apartment above ground and the Butler's Quarters.
Quest Bathroom.
Archery and training field (Renaissance fair required)
Throne Room (Dining room really!)
Study/Library
The wine Cellar (Hobbit fans, yes its there!)
Kitchen.
Underground swimming hole.
Tree-top terrace (Flet)

The lot size is a little awkward (64 x 25) as it was meant to fit in a specific spot. It will fit on a 64 x 64 obviously, with plenty of room to expand, or you can use a mod to make additional lot sizes. I use Awesome Mod, but I know others are out there.
