This is a Maxis single serving pizza that can be prepared in a microwave. You need Custom Food Interactions v1.3 (today’s update) for this to be available.
It costs 8§ and does not require any ingredients or cooking skill. Available in the “Have Quick Meal” menus on the fridge and microwave.
The object is the original Maxis object; the tuning is changed so that sims can get the various microwave food buffs (Ew! Cold in the Middle! etc) from it. Children can prepare it too.
