UPDATE APRIL 29, 2013:
  • all UV maps have been updated, and the textures have been updated accordingly
  • the insignia for rear-admiral, lower half now has its own mesh
  • all insignia have custom thumbnails in CAS and in game, so you can actually see which insignia is which and don't have to hover over a nondescript head for the tooltip

The file names are the same as before, so if you already have these insignia in game the updated versions will overwrite the old files. However, if you have any Sims in game currently wearing my old rank insignia, you'll have to change their appearance in the mirror for the updated insignia to display correctly.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Today I give you Starfleet admiral's rank insignia as accessories - which, of course, is the reason my admiral's uniforms (found here) don't have any rank insignia painted on them.

The insignia sit on both sides of the collar as well as on the sleeves. They will appear together with casual and formal clothes - and with outerwear if you have Seasons - and they can be worn together with other accessories, BUT: just as the uniforms, they are for adults and elders only. They will NOT show for young adult if you have University. I still don't think Starfleet has all that many twenty-something admirals.

Polygon Counts:
For all meshes: polys=50, vertices=135
