This mansion is a rebuilt lot from my old save (I originally built it about 3 years ago I think), and it was Ophelia Nigmos’ home. She was married to a Simbot she created, and had twins with him (with a little help of a mod). The house wasn’t that expensive at the beginning – it started off with only one floor, no pool, fewer plants and decorations and so on; and then, when the family gained some money I gradually expanded the house. In the original save it looked more personal than now, it was full of paintings, sketches, and other decorations made by Ophelia and her husband, there were toys for their children too. And this version is completely CC free, while the original one had some conversions and mod objects.

I tested the lot a little (the original version was tested definitely more than a little ), and all the rooms seem accessible, so there shouldn’t be routing issues and sims’ complaints about being unable to go somewhere. And don’t worry – I packed the lot before testing, so it’s completely clean and no sims are linked to it.

Recommended Mods:
As I said before, the lot is completely CC free, but there are three mods I’d recommend (only recommend, they are NOT required for the lot to work) if you want to play on this lot:
  • Perfect Plants – as you can see in the pictures, I put a huge amount of plants on the lot (dense gardens are amazing ), and due to that they wouldn’t be accessible for sims if they wanted to trim the shrubs or water the flowers. The Perfect Plants mod stops them from growing.
  • Moi’s Terrain Water Mod Series – for nicer looking ponds (with water reflections).
  • Gunmod’s Radiance Light System – just because it’s great for any lot.

Lot Size: 3x4
Lot Price (furnished): §256547
